`PATCH /api/v1/teams/{team_id}`

Owner-only workspace settings. Today: audit-log retention (#1298).

The only settable field belongs to the audit log, so with
``AUDIT_LOG_ENABLED`` off the route 404s rather than accepting a setting
nothing would act on (rule #4).

## Request body

- TeamUpdate: PATCH /teams/{id}. Only the audit-log retention setting today. Explicit ``null`` means "keep forever"; an omitted field is left unchanged (the router reads ``model_fields_set``).
