`GET /api/v1/playbooks/recommended-price`

P25/P50/P75 of comparable playbooks (FR-10).

Comparables are paid public playbooks. `domain` and `difficulty` are
optional filters surfaced via the Playbook.notes blob — Phase 2 will
promote them to first-class columns. Returns null below the
`PRICING_RECOMMEND_MIN_COMPARABLES` threshold (caller renders blank).
