`GET /api/v1/playbooks/my/earnings`

Creator-side earnings dashboard.

Aggregates PlaybookPurchase rows where the current user is the seller.

F-01 lean v1: COMPLETED is REALIZED (paid-out) revenue — zero in lean v1
since payouts are deferred. PENDING is recorded-but-unsettled — surfaced
separately as `pending_*` so the dashboard shows what's owed without ever
claiming it has been paid. Returns lifetime totals + last-30-days +
per-playbook breakdown.

  - `total_purchases` integer, required: Lifetime completed hires across all your playbooks.

  - `pending_earnings_usd_cents` integer: Net earnings from PENDING (unsettled) hires — not yet paid out.
