`GET /api/v1/og/run/{run_id}.png`

OG image for a single run. Respects agent.is_public — private runs
fall back to a generic card so we don't leak their existence via a
rich social preview.

## Path parameters

- `run_id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `w` string, nullable: PRD-010 FR-12 — compact weight tuple `40,30,10,10,10`. When set and the v2 flag is on, the card's score reflects the weighted composite for the agent (the per-task `Score` row is left alone — we recompute on the fly).
- `format` string, nullable: `png` (default) | `svg`
