- `w` string, nullable: PRD-010 FR-12 — compact 5-tuple weight override matching the frontend URL-hash format, e.g. `40,30,10,10,10`. Order: correctness, latency, cost, tool, robustness. When supplied and the v2 flag is on, the rendered composite score reflects these weights and a `WEIGHTS` pill appears on the card.
