# Send Digest To One User

`POST /api/v1/digest/send/{user_id}`

Admin one-shot: send this user's digest immediately.

Honors the user's notify_weekly_digest opt-out — admins should not
have a back-door past consent. If the user has no activity in the
window we still skip (matches the cron behavior).
