# Certify Eligibility

`GET /api/v1/certify/eligibility`

Whether the Certify offer may be shown for an agent (drives the card gate).

The offer renders ONLY when the caller owns the agent AND the agent has a
live (non-mock) dispatch capability (§7.1 risk #1 + §6.1.6): we never dangle
a $39 paid cert on an agent that can only produce a simulated run.
