5-axis fitness snapshot for the agent. PRD-004 FR-01 + PRD-010 FR-01..FR-03.

Each axis returns 0-100 (higher = better) or null when not computable.
`composite_score` is the weighted average — defaults to equal weights
(PRD-004 v1) unless `weights=` or `preset_id=` is supplied (PRD-010).
Raw underlying values are also returned for tooltip display.

## Path parameters

- `agent_id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `weights` string, nullable: Optional 5-axis weight override (PRD-010). Format: `correctness:30,latency:25,cost:15,tool:10,robustness:20`. Sum must be 99..101. Mutually exclusive with `preset_id`.
- `preset_id` string, uuid, nullable: Optional preset id to apply (PRD-010). Caller must own the preset; otherwise 404. Mutually exclusive with `weights`.
