# BRIEF-SUPPORT-001 — pull recent support mail via read-only IMAP (admin-gated)

Trigger a read-only IMAP pull of recent support mail into the DB.

Idempotent (dedup by Message-ID). Manual (operator click) or cron-able. When
``SUPPORT_INBOX_ENABLED`` is off returns ``enabled=false`` and does nothing
(rerun-nudge precedent). When enabled but no IMAP credential is set, 503
"Support inbox not configured" (Sentry-allowlisted). A live IMAP failure is
a 502 with a credential-free message.

Audited (counts only — never a sender/subject/body). Auth: anon→401,
non-admin→403, admin→200; ADMIN_DASHBOARD off→404.
