# #1231 — backend container memory cgroup, OOM-kill count and per-process RSS

Report the backend container's memory headroom without SSH.

Read-only: reads ``/sys/fs/cgroup/memory.{current,max,events}`` and each
process's ``/proc/<pid>/status`` (inside the container's PID namespace).
``oom_kill_count`` is cumulative for the container's lifetime, so a rising
value between two calls means the kernel is killing workers. Numbers,
process names and pids only — no command lines or environment.

Authorization:
    - Anonymous → 401 (auth dep) · non-admin → 403 (``require_admin``)
    - Dashboard flag off → 404 (same posture as the other admin tiles)
