# ADMIN-OPS-001 — re-enable a soft-disabled account (does NOT republish agents)

`POST /api/v1/admin/accounts/{user_id}/enable`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.badgeia.com`
- URL: `https://api.badgeia.com/api/v1/admin/accounts/{user_id}/enable`
- Auth: none declared

Re-enable a soft-disabled account: set `is_active=True`.

Deliberately does NOT auto-republish the agents that `disable` hid — a
re-enabled user's agents stay private until they (or an admin) flip them
back on purpose. Re-publishing on enable would silently re-expose work the
operator may have disabled the account specifically to take down.

Idempotent: enabling an already-active account returns 200 with
`changed=false`.

Auth: anonymous → 401, non-admin → 403, admin → 200. Flag-off → 404.

## Path parameters
