`PUT /v1/organizations/{orgId}/deep-agents`

Set the organization's deep-agent setting. Saving makes it authoritative for the org, replacing the default.

    - `enabled` boolean, required
    - `enabledAgents` string[], required
    - `enabledPlatforms` string[] — EnabledPlatforms is the chat-platform opt-in (web is implicit). Bounded to the known platform surfaces so a typo can't silently persist as a platform that never matches. Optional (nil = keep web-only) so pre-existing callers that only know the two original fields stay valid PUTs.
