## Request body

- RegionalUpdate: A field left absent is unchanged. There is no "clear": the explicit reset is ``"UTC"`` / ``"en-GB"``, because a tenant is never without a timezone. Validation is a 422, never a silent coerce — the admin who typo'd their zone must not be shown "saved" while every product quietly stays on UTC. The rules live in :mod:`app.services.regional`; this is only where they meet HTTP.
