# Creates a new web app or modifies an existing web app.

- SiteCloneability: Represents whether or not a web app is cloneable
  - `result` 'Cloneable' | 'PartiallyCloneable' | 'NotCloneable', required: Name of web app
  - `blockingFeatures` SiteCloneabilityCriterion[]: List of features enabled on web app that prevent cloning
    - `name` string: Name of criterion
    - `description` string: Description of criterion
  - `unsupportedFeatures` SiteCloneabilityCriterion[]: List of features enabled on web app that are non-blocking but cannot be cloned. The web app can still be cloned but the features in this list will not be set up on cloned web app.
    - `name` string: Name of criterion
    - `description` string: Description of criterion
  - `blockingCharacteristics` SiteCloneabilityCriterion[]: List of blocking application characteristics
    - `name` string: Name of criterion
    - `description` string: Description of criterion
