Applies the configuration settings from the target slot onto the current slot.

## Request body

- CsmSlotEntity — Deployment slot parameters.
  - `targetSlot` string, required — Destination deployment slot during swap operation.
  - `preserveVnet` boolean, required — <code>true</code> to preserve Virtual Network to the slot during swap; otherwise, <code>false</code>.
