Lists eligible SKUs for Kusto Pool resource.

    - `name` string — The name of the SKU
    - `size` string — The size of the SKU
    - `locations` string[] — The set of locations that the SKU is available
    - `locationInfo` SkuLocationInfoItem[] — Locations and zones
      - `location` string, required — The available location of the SKU.
      - `zones` string[] — The available zone of the SKU.
    - `restrictions` object[] — The restrictions because of which SKU cannot be used
