`GET /policies`

## Request

- Base URL: `{endpoint}/datagovernance/catalog`
- URL: `{endpoint}/datagovernance/catalog/policies`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Implicit: `https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/authorize`
  - Scopes: `https://purview.azure.net/.default`

Lists policies with optional continuation token. Rate limit: 100 requests per 20-second window.

            - `attributeName` string, required: The name of the attribute.
            - `attributeValueIncludes` string: The operator of the condition.
            - `attributeValueIncludedIn` string[]: The values included in the condition.
            - `fromRule` string: The rule from which the condition is derived.
      - `attributeRules` AttributeRule[]: The attribute rules of the catalog.
        - `kind` string, required: The kind of attribute rule.
        - `id` string, required: The unique identifier of the attribute rule.
        - `name` string, required: The name of the attribute rule.
        - `dnfCondition` array[], required: The description of the attribute rule.
          - Condition[]
            - `attributeName` string, required: The name of the attribute.
            - `attributeValueIncludes` string: The operator of the condition.
            - `attributeValueIncludedIn` string[]: The values included in the condition.

      - `entity` EntityReference, required: EntityReference.
        - `type` string, required: The type of the entity.
        - `referenceName` string, required: The reference name of the entity.
      - `parentEntityName` string: The parent entity name of the catalog.
  - `skipToken` string: The continuation token for pagination.
