`PUT /credentials/{credentialName}`

Creates or replaces an instance of a credential.

## Path parameters

- `credentialName` string, required

## Query parameters

- `api-version` string, required

## Request body

- Credential — The proxy resource.
  - `id` string — The resource identifier.
  - `name` string — The resource name.

## Response `200`

Success.

- Credential — The proxy resource.
  - `id` string — The resource identifier.

- `default` — An error response received from the Scanning Service.
