Lists the user credentials of the provisioned cluster (can only be used within private network)

  - `resourceId` string, arm-id: ARM Resource Id of the provisioned cluster instance
  - `status` 'Succeeded' | 'Failed' | 'Canceled' | 'Pending' | 'Creating' | 'Deleting' | 'Updating' | 'Upgrading' | 'Accepted': Provisioning state of the resource.
  - `error` ListCredentialResponseError: The error listing the kubeconfig credential response.
    - `code` string: The error code.
    - `message` string: The error message.
  - `properties` ListCredentialResponseProperties: Properties of the kubeconfig credential response.
    - `kubeconfigs` CredentialResult[]: Base64-encoded Kubernetes configuration file.
      - `name` string: The name of the credential.
      - `value` string, byte: Base64-encoded Kubernetes configuration file.
