# GET /deviceUpdate/{instanceId}/management/groups/{groupId}/updateCompliance

`GET /deviceUpdate/{instanceId}/management/groups/{groupId}/updateCompliance`

Get device group update compliance information such as how many devices are on
their latest update, how many need new updates, and how many are in progress on
receiving a new update.

## Path parameters

- `instanceId` string, required
- `groupId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `api-version` string, required

## Response `200`

The request has succeeded.

- UpdateCompliance — Update compliance information.
  - `totalDeviceCount` integer, required — Total number of devices.
  - `onLatestUpdateDeviceCount` integer, required — Number of devices on the latest update.
  - `newUpdatesAvailableDeviceCount` integer, required — Number of devices with a newer update available.
  - `updatesInProgressDeviceCount` integer, required — Number of devices with update in-progress.
