Get the job details for a job ID.

  - `ResultMetaData` KeyValuePair[]: Array of key/value pairs.
    - `Key` string: Key parameter.

  - `JobExecutionReport` JobExecutionReportDetails[]: Array of key/value pair objects in the job execution report.
    - `Ts` string: Time details.
