`PATCH /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.AlertsManagement/actionRules/{alertProcessingRuleName}`

Enable, disable, or update tags for an alert processing rule.

## Path parameters

- `subscriptionId` string, required
- `resourceGroupName` string, required
- `alertProcessingRuleName` string, required

## Query parameters

- `api-version` '2021-08-08-preview', required

## Request body

- PatchObject — Data contract for patch.
  - `properties` PatchProperties — Alert processing rule properties supported by patch.
    - `enabled` boolean — Indicates if the given alert processing rule is enabled or disabled.
  - `tags` object — Tags to be updated.

## Response `200`

OK. Returns the created/updated alert processing rule.

  - `id` string — Azure resource Id
  - `type` string — Azure resource type
  - `name` string — Azure resource name
