# Check Eligibility

`POST /entities/site/check-eligibility`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-sandbox.axle.energy`

- Auth: OAuth 2

  - Token URL: `auth/token-form`

Check whether an MPAN, optionally combined with an asset model, is eligible for enrolment. No data is persisted.

## Request body

- EligibilityCheckRequest: Request model for the ephemeral eligibility check endpoint.
  - `mpan` string, required: Meter Point Administration Number. Used to determine whether the site is half-hourly settled.
  - `asset_model` string: Optional value of the AssetModel to evaluate against. Required for CoP11-route eligibility; half-hourly settled sites qualify regardless of asset model.

## Response `200`

Eligibility evaluated

- EligibilityCheckResponse: Response model for the ephemeral eligibility check endpoint.
  - `is_half_hourly_settled` boolean, required: Whether the site is half-hourly settled.
  - `propositions` PropositionEligibility[]: Per-proposition eligibility for the supplied site details.
    - `proposition` 'limited_pause' | 'full_asset_schedule_control' | 'price_curve', required
    - `is_eligible` boolean, required
    - `issues` EligibilityCode[]

## Other responses

- `403`: Organisation is not permitted to check eligibility for the given country
- `404`: Referenced entity not found (e.g. unknown asset_model)
- `422`: Validation Error
- `500`: Server error during eligibility check
