# List Latest Shareholdings

`GET /v1/shareholdings/latest`

Get the latest large shareholding reports across all companies.

Returns per-holder rows ordered by base date (newest first).

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Results per page
- `offset` integer: Results to skip (ignored when cursor is set)
- `cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for keyset pagination

    - `id` integer, required: Row identifier. Pass to /shareholdings/{id}/audit for full provenance.
    - `filer_edinet_code` string, required: EDINET code of the filer (investor)
    - `issuer_security_code` string, nullable: Securities code of the issuer (target company)
    - `issuer_name` string, nullable: Name of the issuer (target company)
    - `holder_name` string, nullable: Name of the holder
    - `holder_type` string, nullable: 'individual' or 'corporation'
    - `shares_held` integer, nullable: Total shares held. Whole shares. Where the filing states a fraction (depositary receipts converted to shares), the fraction is dropped and the filing is flagged.
    - `holding_ratio_pct` number, nullable: Holding ratio as percentage
    - `previous_holding_ratio_pct` number, nullable: Holding ratio from previous report
    - `total_outstanding_shares` integer, nullable: Total outstanding shares of the issuer
    - `purpose_of_holding` string, nullable: Purpose of holding (original Japanese)
    - `holding_purpose_category` 'pure_investment' | 'portfolio_investment' | 'cross_holding' | 'management_participation' | 'activist' | 'going_private' | 'tender_offer_offeror' | 'tender_offer_target' | 'trading_inventory' | 'other', nullable: Classified purpose. One of: pure_investment, portfolio_investment, cross_holding, management_participation, activist, going_private, tender_offer_offeror, tender_offer_target, trading_inventory, other. activist means the filing states pressure on management: a proposal, a demand, or an important proposal (重要提案行為) that the holder makes, plans or may make. Dialogue with management or advice alone is not activist.
    - `purpose_confidence` number, nullable: Calibrated probability of holding_purpose_category. Filter by threshold (e.g. >= 0.9) to get the highest-confidence subset.
    - `purpose_classifier_version` string, nullable: Opaque version label for how this row was read.
    - `purpose_retrospective_label` 'pure_investment' | 'portfolio_investment' | 'cross_holding' | 'management_participation' | 'activist' | 'going_private' | 'tender_offer_offeror' | 'tender_offer_target' | 'trading_inventory' | 'other', nullable: Most-active category disclosed by the same filer×issuer pair at any point. When equal to holding_purpose_category, no later evidence shifted the picture. When different, later evidence revealed an intent the row's real-time label didn't show, the disagreement is the signal.
    - `purpose_retrospective_cutoff` string, date, nullable: base_date of the filing that set purpose_retrospective_label. Use to avoid look-ahead bias in backtests: 'as of this row's base_date the real-time label is what was knowable; the retrospective label uses evidence through this cutoff.'
    - `has_important_proposal` boolean: Whether the holder intends to make an important proposal
    - `base_date` string, date, required: Date the reported position is as of: the reporting-obligation date (報告義務発生日)
    - `report_type` string, required: Report type: 'initial', 'amendment', or 'correction'
    - `filing_reason` string, nullable: Reason for filing (amendments only)
    - `doc_id` string, nullable: EDINET document ID for source traceability
