# List Activist Campaigns

`GET /v1/ownership/activist-campaigns`

Active and recent activist campaigns market-wide.

A campaign here means a filer × issuer pair where the filer's stated
holding purpose is classified `activist`, where its latest filing
describes only dialogue with management after an earlier filing in the
same holding was `activist`, OR where we've detected
`activist_escalation` signals against them. Each row
includes intensity (high/medium/low), escalation count, important-
proposal count, and the trajectory window. Ranked by most recent
activity.

    - `filing_count` integer, required: Total filings
    - `escalation_signals` integer: Number of activist escalation signals
    - `important_proposals` integer: Number of important proposal filings
    - `purpose_change_filings` integer: Number of change reports filed because the activist's stated holding purpose changed
    - `campaign_intensity` string: Deprecated: a coarse band (high, medium, low), not a measured quantity. Its value is unchanged; it will be removed in the next contract version. Read escalation_signals, important_proposals and purpose_change_filings instead
    - `actor` ActivistActorOut
      - `key` string, required: Key of the actor's lead holder at this issuer. Per issuer: the same firm can lead with a different holder elsewhere
      - `name` string, nullable: Name of the actor (its first named holder)
      - `stake_pct` number, nullable: The actor's stake as filed (%). Null when its members have not yet filed one combined figure
      - `stake_basis` 'filed_combined' | 'lower_bound' | 'not_yet_combined', required: filed_combined: the report's own combined figure; lower_bound: a joint report without one, the members' sum; not_yet_combined: members filed separately, no combined figure yet
      - `status` 'above_threshold_reported' | 'exit_reported' | 'no_recent_disclosure' | 'continuity_unknown' | 'threshold_ambiguous' | 'undetermined', required: What the disclosures show, never whether the actor is active: above_threshold_reported, exit_reported (a report at 5% or less), no_recent_disclosure (no recent filing), continuity_unknown (no filing for a long period: whether the holding continued is not known), threshold_ambiguous (a report at exactly 5.00%), undetermined (the latest report cannot show the stake above 5%)
      - `observed_start` string, date, required: Base date of the actor's first report here
      - `last_disclosure_date` string, date, required: Base date of its latest report
      - `members` ActivistActorMemberOut[], required: Holders acting as one at this issuer, with how each belongs
        - `key` string, nullable: The holder's key (accepted by every route that takes a filer code)
        - `name` string, nullable: The holder's name as filed
        - `relation` 'filed_together': How the holder belongs to the actor: it is named in the same large shareholding report (共同保有者)
        - `latest_ratio_pct` number, nullable: The holder's own ratio in its latest report (%)
        - `first_seen` string, date, required: Base date of the first report naming it
        - `last_seen` string, date, required: Base date of the latest report naming it
      - `also_present` ActivistCoPresentOut[]: Other actors with a campaign at the same issuer in the same period. Listed side by side, never combined: no filing states they act together
        - `key` string, required: Lead holder key of the other actor
        - `name` string, nullable: Name of the other actor
        - `stake_pct` number, nullable: Its stake as filed (%)
        - `status` 'above_threshold_reported' | 'exit_reported' | 'no_recent_disclosure' | 'continuity_unknown' | 'threshold_ambiguous' | 'undetermined', required: Its disclosure status
