# Get Company Subsidiaries

`GET /v1/companies/{code}/subsidiaries`

Subsidiary registry from a parent's annual 関係会社 disclosure.

Each row carries the disclosure verbatim plus derived attributes:
  - country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 from the address)
  - currency (ISO 4217 alpha-3 from the capital cell)
  - relationship_type (consolidated_subsidiary / equity_method_affiliate /
    parent / other_related)
  - cross_validation: bidirectional confirmation status when the
    subsidiary itself files its own annual. Filter by
    cross_validation='bidirectional_confirmed' for the highest-
    provenance edges; voting_pct_mismatch surfaces filing-lag and
    in-flight-restructuring signals.
  - holdings_filing_count + joint_filing_partner_count: cross-source
    evidence the entity is a real legal entity actively operating.

Built from the v3 entity-resolution output (entity_resolution_v3
parses 関係会社 disclosures with full provenance back to source XBRL
tables and rows).

- `limit` integer: Maximum subsidiaries to return.

    - `company` object, required: Company identifiers (edinet_code, name).
    - `subsidiary_count` integer, required: Number of subsidiaries returned.
    - `subsidiaries` SubsidiaryOut[]
      - `subsidiary_edinet_code` string, nullable: EDINET code if the subsidiary itself files separately. Null for most foreign subs and small private subs.
      - `name` string, required: Subsidiary's Japanese name as disclosed.
      - `address` string, nullable: Address as written in the filing.
      - `country` string, nullable: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 derived from address. Null when address is ambiguous or empty.
      - `capital` string, nullable: Capital cell verbatim, e.g. '10,000 百万円'.
      - `currency` string, nullable: ISO 4217 alpha-3 derived from capital. Null when the cell is bare-numeric (no currency token).
      - `business` string, nullable: Business / 事業の内容 cell, free text.
      - `voting_pct` number, nullable: Voting % in [0, 100] from 議決権所有割合.
      - `relationship_type` string, nullable: consolidated_subsidiary / equity_method_affiliate / parent / non_consolidated_subsidiary / other_related / unknown.
      - `cross_validation` string, nullable: Bidirectional confirmation status. Values: bidirectional_confirmed, parent_only, subsidiary_only, voting_pct_mismatch, subsidiary_stale. Null when no counterparty disclosure exists to confirm against.
      - `voting_delta_pp` number, nullable: Absolute pp difference in voting% when both filers report it; null when only one side reports.
      - `source_filing` string, nullable: EDINET doc_id the disclosure was extracted from. Auditable: every claim references a real filing.
      - `holdings_filing_count` integer: Number of 大量保有報告書 (5%+ shareholding reports) the entity has filed under its own name. Bidirectional evidence the entity is a real legal entity actively operating.
      - `joint_filing_partner_count` integer: Number of distinct other entities this subsidiary has co-filed 大量保有報告書 with. High counts signal coordinated group / fund-vehicle structures.
