# List Company Signals

`GET /v1/companies/{code}/ownership/signals`

Get ownership signals for a specific company.

By default excludes trivial signals (tier 3: new_position, exit_below_5pct).
Use `?as_of=<token>` to freeze the response, copying the token from a
previous response's `meta.as_of`.

## Path parameters

- `code` string, required: Securities or EDINET code of the issuer

## Query parameters

- `signal_type` string, nullable: Filter by signal type
- `include_trivial` boolean: Include tier 3 (trivial) signals
- `as_of` string, nullable: Freeze the response to a specific point in time. Pass a value previously returned in `meta.as_of` to replay the exact same answer.
- `limit` integer: Results per page
- `offset` integer: Results to skip (ignored when cursor is set)
- `cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for keyset pagination

Successful Response

- ListResponseOwnershipSignalOut
  - `data` OwnershipSignalOut[], required: Array of result objects.
    - `signal_type` string, required: Signal type: accumulation_streak, large_step_up, exit_below_5pct, etc.
    - `filer_code` string, required: Stable canonical identifier for the filer. Equals the filer's EDINET code for ungrouped filers; opaque token for entity-resolved groups.
    - `filer_name` string, nullable: Name of the filer (JP)
    - `filer_name_en` string, nullable: English name of the filer
    - `issuer_security_code` string, required: Securities code of the issuer
    - `issuer_name` string, nullable: Name of the issuer (JP)
    - `issuer_name_en` string, nullable: English name of the issuer
    - `detected_date` string, date, required: Date the signal was detected
    - `holding_ratio_pct` number, nullable: At signal time. The stake this holder reports for itself, as a percentage of the issuer's outstanding shares. On a joint filing (co_holder_count > 1) this is the individual holder's own position, not the group's. Compare with group_ratio_pct for the combined position the 5% obligation attaches to.
    - `delta_pct` number, nullable: Change in percentage points
    - `confidence` number, required: Confidence score 0-1
    - `doc_id` string, nullable: EDINET document ID of the triggering filing (e.g. 'S100ABCD')
    - `tier` integer: Signal tier: 1=actionable, 2=informational, 3=trivial
    - `metadata` object, nullable: Signal-specific context (streak, purpose, filers)
  - `meta` AxioraApiSchemasMeta, required
