# GET /monitors/{id}/history

`GET /monitors/{id}/history`

## Request

Lists the notifications sent for the monitor between `startTime` and `endTime`. Each delivery is a separate item: one per notifier, and one per recipient for email notifiers. Failed deliveries are included. State changes that sent no notification, for example while the monitor had no notifiers, aren't listed. The caller needs query access to the monitor's datasets.

## Response `200`

Notifications sent in the time range.

- AlertHistory[]
  - `checkId` string, required: ID of the monitor
  - `name` string, required: Title of the notification: `Triggered: ` or `Resolved: ` followed by the monitor name
  - `state` 'open' | 'closed', required: `open` if the notification reported that the monitor triggered, `closed` if it reported that the monitor resolved
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required: Time the delivery was recorded, after any retries

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
