# List a session's events

`GET /phones/sessions/{session_id}/events`

Returns the paginated event trace for a session (workflow runs and workflow-less interactive leases alike). Org-scoped: another org's session reads as not found.

## Path parameters

- `session_id` string, required — Session whose events to return.

## Query parameters

- `event_types` string[], nullable — Restrict results to specific event type codes (RUN_STARTED / OUTPUT_LOG / SDK_CALL_COMPLETED / etc.).
- `limit` integer — Maximum number of events to return (1-1000).
- `offset` integer — Pagination offset.

OK

- RunEventsResponse — Paginated list of run events.
  - `events` RunEventSummary[], nullable, required — Page of run event records.

    - `session_id` string, required — Session the event belongs to.
    - `timestamp` string, date-time, required — When the event occurred.
    - `type` string, required — Event type (e.g. RUN_STARTED, OUTPUT_LOG).
  - `inference_costs` object, required — Billed microdollars per inference_id.
  - `limit` integer, required — Page size used for this response.
  - `offset` integer, required — Pagination offset used for this response.
  - `retention_expired` boolean, required — True when the trace is past the org's retention window. Events are withheld from this point on, and the underlying data is physically deleted by a daily sweep; deletion may lag this flag by up to a day, after which the data is unrecoverable.
  - `sdk_call_costs` object, required — Billed microdollars per SDK-call span_id.
  - `total` integer, required — Total number of events matching the query.
