`POST sources/deleted` (webhook)

## Payload

- object — Notification that a Source has been deleted.
  - `event_timestamp` string, date-time, required — Timestamp at which the Source was modified
  - `event_type` 'sources/deleted', required
  - `event` object, required
    - `source_id` string, required — A Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) as defined in [RFC9562](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9562)
