# Deletes a task dependency.

`DELETE /taskdependencies/{taskDependencyId}`

Deletes a task dependency. The dependency is removed from both related tasks. <Check title="Required Permissions" icon="key">To delete a task dependency, the User needs to be the assignee of both tasks or have 'ProjectPlanning'
            permissions in general or in the project the task are related to.</Check>
