# Trigger Ingestion

`POST /api/admin/run-ingestion`

## Request

Trigger an ingestion run in the background.
Uses existing require_admin() from app.py for auth.

JSON body (all optional):
  sources:      list of program slugs (default: all programs)
  max_budget:   max API calls (default: 900)
  max_pages:    max pages per program (default: auto)
  skip_gaps:    skip gap fill phase (default: false)
  skip_refresh: skip rolling refresh phase (default: false)
  start_date:   filter results from this date, e.g. "2026-05-24" (default: auto)
  end_date:     filter results up to this date, e.g. "2026-07-21" (default: auto)
  take:         rows per API page (default: 1000)

Returns immediately with status. Poll /api/admin/ingestion-status for progress.
