`POST /api/admin/run-alerts`

Trigger alerts + transfer bonus scrape in the background.
Runs the same pipeline as the old v2-alerts.yml GitHub Action.

JSON body (all optional):
  skip_bonuses:  skip transfer bonus scraping (default: false)
  dry_run:       search but don't send emails (default: false)

Returns immediately. Poll /api/admin/alerts-status for progress.
