# Get Approver Terms

`GET /v1/timesheet/approver-terms`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office`
- URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office/v1/timesheet/approver-terms`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns the account's configured timesheet Approver Terms configured under _Accounts & Settings_ > _Utilities_.

## Headers

- `RequestId` string, uuid: Unique request identifier in UUID format used to correlate request data to log entries and events.
- `FrontOfficeTenantId` integer
- `Tenant` string

## Response `200`

The account's configured Approver Terms.

- ApproverTerms: The account's configured timesheet Approver Terms. All properties are always present.
  - `terms_id` integer, required: The database identifier of the account's configured Approver Terms record. `0` when _Approver Terms_ are not configured for the account.
  - `terms_text` string, nullable, required: The attestation text presented to a supervisor when approving a timesheet. `Null` when _Approver Terms_ are not configured for the account.
  - `last_modified_date` string, date-time, nullable, required: The date and time when the account's Approver Terms were last updated. `Null` when _Approver Terms_ are not configured for the account. The field follows the YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss formats, for example, 2024-12-01 or 2024-12-01T14:30:00.

- `403`: Access Denied
- `405`: Unsupported method
- `406`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by Accept header
- `415`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by the Content-Type header
- `429`: Too many requests
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred
- `502`: Service Unavailable
- `504`: Gateway Timeout
