# Get Talent Documents

`GET /v1/talent/{talentId}/document`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office`
- URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office/v1/talent/{talentId}/document`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns a list of documents for the specified talent.

## Path parameters

- `talentId` string, required

## Headers

- `RequestId` string, uuid: Unique request identifier in UUID format used to correlate request data to log entries and events.
- `FrontOfficeTenantId` integer
- `Tenant` string

## Response `200`

The list of documents for the specified talent.

- TalentDocument[]
  - `id` integer: The identifier for the talent document.
  - `talentId` integer: The identifier for the talent.
  - `fileName` string: The encrypted name of the file with extension that is generated by Avionté.
  - `fileContent` string, binary: The content of the file to be uploaded. It will be populated using the content of the attached file. Valid file extensions are: 'txt', 'doc', 'docx', 'pdf', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'png', 'jpg', 'jpeg'.
  - `documentTitle` string: The title of the document.
  - `documentDate` string, date-time: The date when the document was uploaded. The field follows the YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss formats, for example, 2024-12-01 or 2024-12-01T14:30:00.
  - `documentType` string: The type of the BOLD document.
  - `uploadedBy` integer: The ID of the user who uploaded the document.
  - `isPrivate` boolean: An indication of whether the document is private or not.
  - `isShared` boolean: An indication of whether the document is shared or not.
  - `expiryDate` string, date-time: The expiration date of the document. The field follows the YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss formats, for example, 2024-12-01 or 2024-12-01T14:30:00.
  - `documentTypeId` integer: The identifier for the BOLD document type.
  - `employerId` integer: The identifier for the employer.
  - `isVisible` boolean: An indication of whether the document is visible or not.
  - `documentContent` string, byte: The contents of the talent document as a Base-64 encoded string.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Access Denied
- `404`: Not found
- `405`: Unsupported method
- `406`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by Accept header
- `415`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by the Content-Type header
- `429`: Too many requests
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred
- `502`: Service Unavailable
- `504`: Gateway Timeout
