# Get New Talent Requirements

`GET /v1/talent-requirement`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office`
- URL: `https://api.avionte.com/front-office/v1/talent-requirement`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns a list of fields required to create a new talent record.

## Headers

- `RequestId` string, uuid: Unique request identifier in UUID format used to correlate request data to log entries and events.
- `FrontOfficeTenantId` integer
- `Tenant` string

## Response `200`

A list of fields required to create a new talent record.

- NewTalentRequirement
  - `firstName` boolean: A flag indicating firstName may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `lastName` boolean: A flag indicating lastName may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `country` boolean: A flag indicating residentAddress/country may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `address` boolean: A flag indicating residentAddress/street1 may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `city` boolean: A flag indicating residentAddress/city may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `state` boolean: A flag indicating residentAddress/state_Province may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `zip` boolean: A flag indicating residentAddress/postalCode may be required when creating a new talent.
  - `phone` boolean: A flag indicating mobilePhone, homePhone or workPhone may be required when creating a new talent.
