# Get a List of Talent T4 Forms by Applicant ID

`GET /v1/talent/{applicantId}/T4s`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avionte.com/back-office`
- URL: `https://api.avionte.com/back-office/v1/talent/{applicantId}/T4s`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns a list of T4 forms for the specified talent.

## Path parameters

- `applicantId` string, required

- `Tenant` string
- `FrontOfficeTenantId` integer
- `RequestId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

200 response

- TalentT4[]
  - `supplierGuid` string, guid: The unique identifier for the staffing company (supplier), formatted as a UUID.
  - `taxYear` string: The taxation year Form T-4 is issued in.
  - `name` string: The name of the employer (staffing supplier).
  - `employmentIncome` number: Employment income which includes not only wages but also any vacation, bonuses, and taxable benefits, often a summary of several T4 boxes.
  - `cppContribution` number: The amount of Canada Pension Plan (CPP) contributions.
  - `eiPremium` number: The amount of EI premiums.
  - `incomeTax` number: Total amount deducted from the pay for income tax (Federal and Provincial).

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Access Denied
- `404`: Not found
- `406`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by Accept header
- `415`: Unsupported format(s) indicated by the Content-Type header
- `429`: Too many requests
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred
- `502`: Service Unavailable
