`GET /api/cameras/{camera_id}/snapshot-stream`

## Request

Stream repeated camera snapshots over one multipart response.
This keeps the live player responsive without opening a new browser
request for every frame. The single-frame snapshot endpoint remains
the fallback for thumbnails and browsers/proxies that reject MJPEG.
