# Describe the clothes; a job renders the outfit ALONE, laid out on a white

`POST /api/v1/avatars/{avatar_id}/outfits`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avatarfactory.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.avatarfactory.io/api/v1/avatars/{avatar_id}/outfits`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `session`
  - HTTP bearer

page (202 + poll ``/avatars/<id>/scene-jobs/<job_id>``). Approve the draft with<br/>``as_outfit`` + ``clothes_only`` to save it as a clothes-only outfit.

## Path parameters

- `avatar_id` integer, required

## Request body

- GenerateOutfitRequest: `POST /avatars/<id>/outfits`: describe the clothes; the drawer's composer adds reference images through the scene routes; this JSON lane is text only, or notes on the avatar's current outfit when ``use_current_outfit`` is set.
  - `image_model` string, nullable
  - `prompt` string
  - `use_current_outfit` boolean
