`GET /api/v1/admin/qa-findings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.avatarfactory.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - HTTP bearer

the report reads: counts by gate, action, outcome and model, the refusal rate per gate,<br/>the credits burnt on refused attempts and the findings that keep coming back.<br/><br/>The window defaults to the last seven days and the events come back newest first, a<br/>page at a time; the summary covers the whole window that was read, and `truncated` says<br/>the window held more rows than one call reads.
