# Get a trip summary report

`GET /v1/resourceowner/reports3/tripsummary/{dateperiod}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.automile.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.automile.com/v1/resourceowner/reports3/tripsummary/{dateperiod}`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Implicit: `https://api.automile.com/login/`

Only vehicles that the user is associated with will be returned by this operation. 400 bad request is returend if the date period parameter is not in a correct format

- `dateperiod` string, required

The trip summary report are returned

  - `ReportStartPeriod` integer
  - `ReportEndPeriod` integer
  - `VehicleId` integer
  - `TripType` 0 | 1 | 2
  - `DistanceInKilometers` number, double
  - `TravelTimeInMinutes` integer
  - `FuelInLiters` number, double
  - `NumberOfTrips` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request, date period is not in a correct format
- `500`: Internal server error
