# Get trip approval and mileage statistics for a vehicle in a date period.

`GET /v1/resourceowner/reports/approved-trips-summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.automile.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.automile.com/v1/resourceowner/reports/approved-trips-summary`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Implicit: `https://api.automile.com/login/`

Statistics include all trips in the period. Approval is evaluated using the customer's trip
approval configuration, but does not honor the integration-specific setting which allows
unapproved trips to be exported.

## Query parameters

- `fromDate` string, date-time
- `toDate` string, date-time
- `vehicleId` integer

## Response `200`

The trip approval and mileage summary is returned.

- ApprovedTripsSummaryResponse
  - `approved` boolean: Whether all trip types configured for approval are approved for the period.
  - `businessDistance` number, double: Business distance in kilometers.
  - `privateDistance` number, double: Private distance in kilometers.
  - `periodStartOdometer` number, double: Calculated odometer at the beginning of the period, in kilometers.
  - `periodEndOdometer` number, double: Calculated odometer at the end of the period, in kilometers.
  - `businessTollPassages` integer: Number of business toll passages.
  - `businessTollCost` number, double: Total cost of business toll passages.
  - `privateTollPassages` integer: Number of private toll passages.
  - `privateTollCost` number, double: Total cost of private toll passages.

## Other responses

- `400`: The date period or vehicle id is invalid.
- `403`: The user is not authorized to view trips for the vehicle.
