`GET /v1/resourceowner/contacts/{contactId}`

## Request

  - `FieldServiceEnabledWithinOrganization` boolean

## Other responses

- `403`: Request is forbidden, meaning you dont' have access to this contact
- `404`: Contact does not exist
- `500`: Internal server error
