# List conversations

`GET /conversations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.automessage.app/v1`
- URL: `https://api.automessage.app/v1/conversations`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-KEY`

Find conversations. Pass at most ONE primary filter — participant, handle, name, group, or unread; each also accepts activeSince/activeBefore, limit, and cursor. Combining primaries returns 400.

Paginated list of conversations.

- ConversationList
  - `data` Conversation[], required
    - `id` string, required
    - `displayName` string, nullable
    - `participants` string[], required
    - `lastInboundAt` string, date-time, nullable: When the other side last wrote to you.
    - `deliveryFailing` boolean: The last message sent into this conversation was not delivered; further sends into it are held until they reply or Messages' own retry lands.
    - `deliveryFailingSince` string, date-time, nullable
    - `lastMessageAt` string, date-time, nullable
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required
  - `nextCursor` string, nullable
