# Remove a case from a plan

`DELETE /api/plans/{planId}/cases/{caseId}`

Removes a test case from a plan. Idempotent.

## Path parameters

- `planId` string, uuid, required
- `caseId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Case removed from the plan.

  - `success` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid plan or case ID.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: Plan not found.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded — e.g. the daily session limit was reached for the organization, or too many API requests were sent in a short window (retry after the number of seconds in the `Retry-After` header).
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
