# Get room

`GET /projects/{projectId}/rooms/{roomId}`

A single room under the project identified by the path.

- RoomListItem: Room in a project.
  - `id` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `floor` string, required
  - `roomType` string, nullable, required: Room type, if set
  - `notes` string, required
  - `temperature` number, nullable, required: Design room temperature
  - `hasCustomHeatload` boolean, required
  - `customHeatload` number, nullable, required: Custom room heat load when hasCustomHeatload is true
  - `isHeatingRoom` boolean, nullable, required
  - `heatLoad` number, nullable: Computed room heat load in W (DIN EN 12831), rounded to 0 decimal places to match Autarc Pro. Uses a custom override when hasCustomHeatload is true. Omitted when the calculation cannot run.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required
  - `model` RoomModel, required: The room's newest 3D geometry, downloadable as a glTF binary from `/projects/{projectId}/rooms/{roomId}/model.glb`. Null on the room when it was never scanned or drawn.
    - `source` 'lidar' | 'drawn', required: `lidar` for an Apple RoomPlan capture, `drawn` for a room traced in the floor-plan editor. Both yield the same parametric box geometry.
    - `roomScanId` string, required: Identifier of the geometry revision `model.glb` currently serves
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: When the served geometry last changed: the newest of the scan itself and any edit to its surfaces or objects in the editor. Poll this to know when to re-download.
