`POST /api/service/merchant/payout/export/download`

Download the actual Payout Report once the creation succeeded with this endpoint.

## Request body

- DownloadExportInputDto
  - `reportId` string, required
  - `format` 'csv' | 'json' | 'datev'

## Response `200`

Returns the payout report file.
