# Retrieve account balance

`GET /v1/accounts/{id}/balance`

## Request

Retrieves the available balance for an account.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `as_of` string, date-time

  - `type` 'account_balance', required: Resource type discriminator.
  - `account_id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier of the account.
  - `amount` object, required
    - `available` string, required: Available balance as a string decimal (e.g. "100.50").
    - `pending` string, required: Pending balance as a string decimal (e.g. "7.50").
  - `currency` 'EUR' | 'GBP' | 'USD' | 'USDC', required: Currency code (ISO 4217 or crypto).
  - `as_of` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 UTC timestamp when the balance was retrieved.
