# Import a file from a public HTTPS link

`POST /api/v1/files/import`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://audo.ai`
- URL: `https://audo.ai/api/v1/files/import`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Secure-audo.session_token`

Answers within about 20 seconds. The file is processing while it arrives and is checked; GET it with wait until it's ready. Importing the same link again within an hour gives the same file.

  - `filename` string: Default: taken from the link

  - `prices` object, nullable, required: Credits each tool costs to process this file, once its length is known
