# Paid search.

`POST /api/agent/v1/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.audioscrape.com`
- URL: `https://www.audioscrape.com/api/agent/v1/search`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - none

## Query parameters

- `scope` string, nullable

## Request body

- AgentSearchRequest
  - `content_types` string[], nullable: e.g. `government_meeting`, `court_hearing`, `podcast_episode`.
  - `date_from` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `date_to` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `limit` integer, nullable: 1–10 results (default 5).
  - `query` string, required: What to find, 1–300 characters.
  - `search_type` string, nullable: `text` (default) or `semantic`.

## Response `200`

Matching segments with links to the moment (empty results are free)

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request (never charged)
- `402`: Payment required: an anonymous call, or a key whose balance is empty, is paid per call; the body lists the ways to pay that are open (a balance top-up, and x402's PAYMENT-REQUIRED header where offered)
